The Sands Regency Casino Hotel is in back of the El Dorado Casino Hotel and the Silver Legacy Casino Hotel. (see map below)

Rally Agenda:
RUBICON RUN
Wednesday Afternoon/Evening:
RUBICON run participants need to arrive set up camp Wednesday night or arrive at the Ice House Store Thursday morning at 8:30 am.

Trail rating for the hardcore run is...(3+)
Thursday Morning:
RUBICON departure time will be 9:00 am. at Loon Lake Dam. This is an over night trail run and will require proper clothing, (hot,rain,cold), camping gear, extra water, and extra gas. Participants shall arrive back in Reno late Friday afternoon.
Thursday Afternoon:
New arrivals should check into their Hotel/campground and than proceed to check in with the club within the Sands Regency parking lot. Near the pool. Hang out, hit the slots, shows, ETC.
HUNTER LAKE TRAIL
Friday Morning:
HUNTER LAKE TRAIL meeting time 8.00 am at the Sands Regency Hotel parking lot. Departure time will be 9:00 am. Arrive back in Reno late afternoon. Four wheel drive is necessary. 31" tires recommended OR a stock Jeepster with an experienced driver. Pack a lunch, bring sun screen, jacket, water.

Friday Night:
Meet at the Sands Regency buffet for their, all you can eat, New York Steak Buffet, 5:00 until 9:00. If we can, lets meet at 5:00, we can go in as a group. We are TRYING to get some freebie/discount coupons for this dinner. Dinner is$12.00 per person.
Head to the parking lot and enjoy looking at rigs and meeting new and old friends. Lots of Jeepster "BS" sessions. Hit the casinos!
Saturday Morning:
HARD CORE RUN
Hard Core Run: "NEW" It's a suprise.
Meet Saturday morning at the Sands Regency Hotel Parking lot at 9:30. Departure time 10:00. This is new trail for the Reno Rally and should prove to be a lot of fun for the rough rider group. We added this event for the folks who could not attend the Rubicon run. Pack some water, snack foods, sun screen, and a jacket.

Saturday Morning:
Historical and Scenic Run
Historical and Scenic Run. This is for all Jeepsters.
Meet Saturday morning at the Sands Regency Hotel's parking lot at 8:00 and depart at 9:00. wear hot weather attire: sunscreen, umbrella, cameras, and ?
This run will include Indian petroglyphs, Butterfield stage coach station, wild mustang horses, and will end up in Virginia City around 1:30. Upon arriving in Virginia City, you can have all the time you want to visit this historical city because there is NO specific time requirement to head back towards Reno. You can head back to Reno anytime you wish. Bring a map. Pack water, snacks, sun screen, and a jacket.

Saturday Evening:
Pevine Mountain Run
Saturday night will end with a night run up to Pevine Mountain (8,000 + ft.) to watch the sunset in the west and then see the beautiful lights of the Reno valley. Departure time is 5:30 pm (PARKING LOT). The night run is for ALL Jeepsters to enjoy. The road up to Pevine Mountain is a well graded dirt road. Bring warm clothing, lounge chairs, and snacks.
Sunday:
All day swap meet: - 9:00 am
Bring your parts!
NOTE: All PARTS AND ITEMS BROUGHT TO THE SWAP MEET MUST BE FREE OF SPILLAGE OF OIL, GREASE, LIQUIDS, AND GASOLINE. ALL SWAP MEET PARTICIPANTS MUST PROTECT THE PARKING LOT FROM ANY DAMAGE AND DEBRIS. PLEASE BRING A TARP TO PLACE YOUR PARTS ON OR CONTAIN THEM WITHIN YOUR VEHICLE OR TRAILER.
Sunday:
Show 'N Shine: 12:00
The Show 'N Shine will start at high noon, so clean up your rigs, and good luck! There are four categories, best stock, best trail worthy, most modified, people's choice.
Raffle, Raffle, Raffle, will take place at 1:30 pm (parking lot).
Monday:
Pack-up, say good-bye, and head for home.
